UniTalk เป็นเว็บไซต์สุ่มวิดีโอคอลสำหรับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศไทย นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอะไร เพราะอะไร เก็บนานเท่าไร และสิทธิของคุณตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

UniTalk is a random video chat for university students in Thailand. This page explains what personal data we keep, why, for how long, and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we keep, why, and for how long

University email: to confirm you're a student and to enforce bans. Other users never see it. Kept until you delete your data.
วันเกิด เพื่อตรวจว่าคุณอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป บันทึกแล้วแก้ไขไม่ได้ และยังเก็บไว้แม้คุณขอลบข้อมูล เพื่อไม่ให้ผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปีเข้าใช้งานด้วยการกรอกใหม่
Date of birth: to check you are 18 or older. It is locked once saved and kept even after a deletion request, so the age check can't be redone to let minors in.

Rough location (about 10 km): only used to match you with people nearby while you are online. Not saved and never shown.

A random ID and a browser fingerprint: only to enforce bans.

Connection logs: email, IP address, connect/disconnect times, device/browser type, and who you were in a call with and for how long (never what was said). Kept 90 days as required by the Computer Crime Act, then deleted automatically.

Call history: who you talked to and for how long (no content). Kept 30 days to handle abuse.
ประวัติการใช้งาน: ครั้งแรกและครั้งล่าสุดที่เข้าใช้ และจำนวนครั้ง ลบเมื่อคุณขอ หรือเมื่อไม่ได้ใช้งาน 1 ปี
Visit history: first and last visit and number of visits. Deleted on request, or after 1 year without use.

Reports: when someone reports a user, we save one picture of the reported person's video at that moment and the recent chat messages of that call, so a moderator can check it. Deleted after 30 days.

We never record video or audio, and don't keep chat messages except for a report as described above.

The nudity check runs inside your own browser. The pictures are not sent to us.

3. วิดีโอส่งอย่างไร

How video travels

วิดีโอและเสียงส่งผ่านเซิร์ฟเวอร์รีเลย์ (relay) ของ Cloudflare แบบเข้ารหัส อีกฝ่ายจึงไม่เห็นหมายเลข IP ของคุณ และรีเลย์ไม่บันทึกวิดีโอหรือเสียง

Video and audio go, encrypted, through Cloudflare's relay server, so the other person can't see your IP address. The relay does not record video or audio.

4. ใครเห็นข้อมูลของคุณ

Who can see your data

เฉพาะผู้ดูแล UniTalk เราจะเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้หน่วยงานรัฐ (เช่น ตำรวจ) เฉพาะเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนดหรือมีคำสั่งตามกฎหมาย หรือเมื่อจำเป็นเพื่อปกป้องชีวิตหรือความปลอดภัยของบุคคล (เช่น กรณีเกี่ยวกับเด็ก)

Only the UniTalk operator. We give data to authorities (such as the police) only when the law requires it, or when needed to protect someone's life or safety (for example, cases involving children).

Data may be stored on servers outside Thailand (for example, Singapore), with providers that have suitable security.

Legal basis

เราประมวลผลข้อมูลเพื่อให้บริการตามที่คุณขอใช้ (สัญญา) เพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้และป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด (ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย) และเพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย (บันทึกการเชื่อมต่อ)

We use data to provide the service you asked for (contract), to keep users safe and stop abuse (legitimate interest), and to meet legal duties (connection logs).

6. สิทธิของคุณ

Your rights

คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ คัดค้าน หรือขอจำกัดการใช้ข้อมูลของคุณ และร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)

ลบข้อมูลได้เองที่หน้าแรกหลังเข้าสู่ระบบ: กด ลบข้อมูลของฉัน ระบบจะลบประวัติการใช้งานและประวัติการคุยทันที แต่ยังเก็บวันเกิด การแบน รายงานเกี่ยวกับคุณ (ลบใน 30 วัน) และบันทึกการเชื่อมต่อ (ลบใน 90 วัน) ตามเหตุผลในข้อ 1 สำหรับคำขออื่น ติดต่อ [email protected] เราจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน

You can ask to access, copy, correct or delete your data, object to or limit its use, and complain to Thailand's PDPC. Delete it yourself on the main page after logging in with "Delete my data": visit and call history are deleted right away; your date of birth, bans, reports about you (deleted after 30 days) and connection logs (deleted after 90 days) are kept for the reasons above. For anything else, write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

7. ความปลอดภัยและการจัดเก็บในเบราว์เซอร์

Security and browser storage

การเชื่อมต่อทั้งหมดเข้ารหัส (HTTPS) และหน้าผู้ดูแลต้องใช้รหัสลับ เบราว์เซอร์ของคุณเก็บเพียงการเข้าสู่ระบบ ภาษา และรหัสสุ่ม

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and the admin page needs a secret key. Your browser only stores your login, language and a random ID.
