ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

เมื่อใช้ UniTalk ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

By using UniTalk you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. ใครใช้ได้

Who can use UniTalk

ต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป และกรอกวันเกิดตามความจริง
You must be 18 or older and enter your real date of birth.
ต้องเป็นนักศึกษาที่มีอีเมลมหาวิทยาลัย (.ac.th) ของตัวเอง และอยู่ในประเทศไทย ห้ามใช้บัญชีของผู้อื่น
You must be a student using your own university email (.ac.th) and be in Thailand. Don't use someone else's account.

2. สิ่งที่ห้ามทำ

Not allowed

เปลือย แสดงอวัยวะเพศ กระทำหรือพูดคุยเชิงเพศ หรือเนื้อหาลามกทุกรูปแบบ
Nudity, sexual acts, sexual talk or any pornographic content.
เนื้อหาใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการล่วงละเมิดเด็ก (เราจะแจ้งตำรวจทันที)
Anything involving the sexual abuse of children (we report it to the police right away).
คุกคาม ข่มขู่ กลั่นแกล้ง ด่าทอ หรือใช้ถ้อยคำเกลียดชัง
Harassment, threats, bullying, insults or hate speech.
บันทึกหน้าจอ อัดวิดีโอ ถ่ายภาพ หรือเผยแพร่ภาพและเสียงของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
Recording, screenshotting or sharing other users' video, voice or pictures without their consent.
สืบหาหรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้อื่น เช่น ชื่อจริง ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทร หรือบัญชีโซเชียล
Finding out or revealing other people's personal information, such as real name, address, phone or social accounts.
สแปม โฆษณา ขายของ หลอกลวง ชักชวนลงทุนหรือพนัน หรือการกระทำผิดกฎหมายใดๆ
Spam, advertising, selling, scams, investment or gambling invites, or anything illegal.
ปลอมตัวเป็นผู้อื่น ใช้บอทหรือโปรแกรมอัตโนมัติ หรือหลบเลี่ยงการแบน การตรวจอายุ หรือการจำกัดประเทศ (เช่น ใช้ VPN)
Pretending to be someone else, using bots, or getting around bans, the age check or the country limit (for example with a VPN).

3. การดูแลและการแบน

Moderation and bans

ภาพวิดีโออาจถูกตรวจหาภาพลามกอัตโนมัติในเบราว์เซอร์ของผู้ชม และถูกเบลอหรือข้ามทันที
Video may be checked automatically for nudity in the viewer's browser and blurred or skipped.
เมื่อมีการรายงาน ระบบเก็บภาพและแชทล่าสุดเป็นหลักฐาน ผู้ที่ถูกรายงานจากหลายคนจะถูกแบนอัตโนมัติ
A report saves a picture and the recent chat as evidence. Users reported by several people are banned automatically.
ผู้ดูแลสามารถเตือน ตัดการเชื่อมต่อ หรือแบนผู้ใช้ชั่วคราวหรือถาวร ได้ทุกเมื่อโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า หากเห็นว่าผิดข้อกำหนดนี้
The operator may warn, disconnect or ban any user, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice, if they break these terms.
เราให้ความร่วมมือกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย รวมถึงส่งหลักฐานและบันทึกการเชื่อมต่อเมื่อได้รับคำขอตามกฎหมาย
We cooperate with the authorities as the law requires, including handing over evidence and connection logs on a lawful request.

4. ความรับผิดชอบของคุณ

Your responsibility

คุณรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งที่คุณแสดง พูด และพิมพ์เอง
You are responsible for what you show, say and type.
คุณคุยกับคนแปลกหน้า อย่าให้ข้อมูลส่วนตัว เช่น ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทร หรือข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร กด "ถัดไป" หรือ "หยุด" ได้ทุกเมื่อ และกดรายงานเมื่อเจอสิ่งไม่เหมาะสม
You are talking to strangers. Never share personal details such as your address, phone number or bank details. You can press Next or Stop at any time, and please report anything wrong.

5. การให้บริการ

The service

UniTalk ให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ อาจมีข้อผิดพลาด หยุดชั่วคราว หรือเลิกให้บริการได้ เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำของผู้ใช้คนอื่น เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต

UniTalk is provided as it is. It may have errors, pause, or shut down. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what other users do.

6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและกฎหมายที่ใช้

Changes and governing law

เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้และจะแก้วันที่ด้านบน การใช้งานต่อถือว่ายอมรับ ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ติดต่อ: [email protected]
